Raisa Kross Illustration is a family run operation.
Raya is the on who makes the art and replies on every enquiry (no robots involved). Her hubby helps her with printing, cutting, packing and posting online shop items and custom orders.

When you purchase a product via the our website you are accepting the following terms and conditions which are legally binding.
Customers must provide their contact details including full name, e-mail, delivery address and other requested information. Customers warrant that the payment details provided when purchasing products are theirs and are valid and correct.
All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Returns / Cancellations / Change of Mind
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
SHIPPING - ART SHOP ITEMS
Your order purchased at our online art shop will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.
Please note, in rare circumstances and during peak seasons, we can receive a large volume of orders, which may result in processing or shipping delays.
At the moment, shipping is available only within Australia. If you would like to place a custom order with an overseas shopping destination please get in touch.
Online orders are shipped via Australia Post Regular post is usually received within 3 to 8 working days of postage.
Tracking is available only on Art Prints and Custom orders. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost by postal services.
CUSTOM ORDERS: DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS / SHIPPING
Raya accepts commissions, but only a limited number per month. Please get in touch for a custom quote and current processing times. – Portraits – Wedding Stationery – Custom Request (Art, Books, Other Projects)
To secure your spot we ask for a deposit:
- Custom Family Portraits – 100% of the quoted sum
- Wedding Stationery – 100% of illustration costs only. Prints are quoted separately. Payment for prints requered when all the files are approved by the customer and ready to be printed.
- Other commissions – on case bases
Shipping times and costs will be included when providing your with a custom quote.
