Step Three

It’s time to Send us your guest list for invitations and envelopes.*
Also, it’s time to talk paper.
We will offer you a few options to choose from.
We are able to send you samples of your finished design on all the available paper stock, upon request, however it will cost extra.
Step Two
Let's get the ball rolling
Ready to Proceed?
We will ask for a deposit to start working on your order.
– For a personalised set we will ask details that we need for the customisation. Then, we send you proof files to check and approve.
– For a custom design we will start with a pencil sketch and, when it approved, proceed with finishing it in colour and creating proof files.
Step Four
Last Check
When proof files are approved we will send you the final invoice, as now we know the exact number of prints you need.
Step Five
Printing, Packaging, Delivering
In-House printing, cutting, checking every card, packing with love and care.
All is left for you is to send them out to wow your guests!
* Deets
To insure that we don’t have any typos and mistakes with guest names it’s highly recommended to create a spread sheet with names and addresses written exactly as you want them to appear on invites and envelopes. Make a table with 3 columns: Name(s) on Invites | Name(s) for envelope | Address.
We usually recommend allowing at least 3-4 weeks for the design process from start to finish. This does not include printing and shipping time.
Please get in touch as early as possible to secure you order. Raya is able to take only a certain amount of orders per month. We recommend starting 2-3 months in advance of when you would like to start sending out your wedding invitations.
Every card is printed and hand-cut in our home studio.
We print on a professional Canon Printer, using only archival inks, which gives us art quality results.
We have purposefully selected paper stock with different texture and thickness to suit wide range of designs.
All the packages are checked and carefully packed by us. Shipping of the first print run is free. However if you require to order additional prints after the first run is out we will add shipping cost to the order.
We don’t print your cards before your approve the proof files.
We won’t charge any additional fees to do an adjustment if an error is found after the approval. However, if the cards are already printed, the clients responsible for reprint fees.
We cannot offer returns, or refunds due to the custom nature of our stationery services. All sales are final and design deposits are non-refundable once design is sketched, or requested personalisation have been created.
